Excellent place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet, and they are always friendly. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas.

Rooms very clean.

Unfortunately, the breakfast area was not clean when we arrived, with sticky tables and trash scattered outside. The check-in process felt exhausting, and there was no one available to assist promptly. Additionally, the hot breakfast items were cold, which was disappointing after a long day of traveling.

This place was just a proper fit for a rapid stop in West Des Moines with all in all brilliant value for money. The friendly staff helped me with an urgent need for an extra blanket without any fuss. Make sure to check if the kitchen supplies are fully stocked before you settle in.

Good for Family with Kids

The room layout was really good. We had a two-bed suite with a kitchenette that was perfect for making family snacks.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but the overall experience was still satisfactory.

Staying at Towneplace Suites was quite enjoyable. The mini-kitchen in my King Studio added a nice touch for my road trip adventures. I loved the proximity to great shopping, which really complemented my stay. A few minor maintenance issues in the room didn’t overshadow the overall experience.

We crashed in a 2-bedroom suite for a night. Rooms were super clean and had everything we needed, but wow, the noise from upstairs was unreal! I could hear every little step. On a positive note, the breakfast had decent options, which was a nice way to start the day.
